The sound of speed echoing through the city and across the bay, the liveries streak through the streets of Monaco, this is a race we can’t never get enough of! A highlight of the season to say the least, this city track is renowned for tight turns, legendary upsets, nail biting passes and of course white-knuckle screaming flashes of speed through the notorious tunnel.

Following a long history of traditionally crafted Champagne using only Pinot Noir grapes from Grand Cru vineyards located in the Bouzy region, this intense & powerful blanc de noirs is endowed with fine vinosity and freshness as well as being subtle and delicate. Aromatic, well-structured this Champagne has plenty of volume and persistency that make it an ideal companion with any type of food.

Malolactic fermentation is in small vats. Bottles are positioned horizontally during maturation for a minimum of 36 months in cellars over 30 feet underground. Racking and disgorging are all done by hand.
